IMPORTANT INFORMATION:● Some camp details subject to change- registrants will be notified ● Camp size is limited. While we wish we could accomodate everyone, we have to consider the health/safety of campers and staff and strive to make it a priority to ensure that camp is a positive experience for everyone.  ● Please make sure to complete your registration online so that you are ensured a spot. A camper in your "Cart" is not complete until payment and camper information is submitted. ● IS A WEEK "FULL" that you wish to register for? Please email moc.sdiktratadliw%40idnyc to be added to our waitlist.  ● When registering, PLEASE include the age your child will be at camp. ALL campers must be fully potty-trained and be able to complete all bathroom tasks- we do not have a facility that can accomodate diapers or pull-ups. Camp projects are designed for specific ages, so it is important that we know the age of our campers.● ALLERGIES: Please make sure to notify the studio with any allergies that could affect your child at camp- especially food allergies!  ● Morning Campers will need to bring a snack, water bottle and lunch daily. We cannot offer food to campers, so please make sure they have enough to get them through the morning. Campers who stay for both morning and afternoon camp should bring an extra snack● ART CAMP CAN GET MESSY! Campers will be making art and playing outside when weather permits- campers should dress accordingly. ● If a camp does not "fill" to the 5 student minimum, the camp will be cancelled- we will make sure to give plenty of notice and ideally another option. ● CANCELLATION POLICY: Things change and we try to be as flexible as possible! We ask for at least a two week notice to withdraw from camp. If you cancel before the two week timeframe, you will receive a refund (minus $50 reservation fee). If you would like to switch to a new week that has availability, you must contact the studio to make arrangements. You can also have the option to keep your payment as "STUDIO CREDIT" to be used for a future camp, class or event. If you need to cancel within the two weeks prior to camp and we have a WAITLIST that week, we may be able to offer a partial refund. If we cannot fill your space, you may not receive a partial refund. If you must cancel for extenuating circumstances, please contact the studio for other options. ● HAVE QUESTIONS?
