STUDIO CANCELLATION POLICIES

We know life happens! Wild At Art will always try to accommodate our loyal customers. But please read the following general policies carefully, as we try to be flexible as possible based on type of event.
For Single-Day Classes, Half-Days or Workshops: If possible, we ask for at least 48-hour notice if you must cancel attendance & you will receive studio credit toward another event of equal dollar value. 
For Week-long Camps: Things change and we try to be as flexible as possible! We ask for at least a two week notice to withdraw from camp. If you cancel before the two week timeframe, you will receive a refund (minus $50 reservation fee). If you would like to switch to a new week that has availability, you must contact the studio to make arrangements. You can also have the option to keep your payment as "STUDIO CREDIT" to be used for a future camp, class or event. If you need to cancel within the two weeks prior to camp and we have a WAITLIST that week, we may be able to offer a partial refund. If we cannot fill your space, you may not receive a partial refund. If you must cancel for extenuating circumstances, please contact the studio for other options. 
*Within 24-Hours of any Event Start Date [9a the day before] we regret that all fees & payments are nonrefundable* as we most likely will not be able to fill your spot.
The studio reserves the right to cancel any event with less than six children registered up to 48 hours prior to single classes & workshops, and up to one-week prior to a Multi-week camp. (If studio cancels an event (due to low enrollment only, all deposits and payments will be refunded or credited.) Studio credit is valid for one year. 
Returned Checks: The fee for returned checks is $25, which is due to the studio in addition to the original check amount. Thank you.
